BLDG Memphis is working with HCD to determine eligibility criteria for the next round of Housing Trust Fund Projects. We would like to know which CDCs/Nonprofits have ongoing/upcoming multi-family projects on one parcel and the number of units. Send us over your upcoming projects by September 30th, 2021.

Carl Mabry commented 2021-11-21 23:07:46 -0600Bluff City CDC has at least 3 multifamily projects which will be 344 affordable housing units. We would love to utilize funds from the Trust Fund to ensure the success of our projects that are in motion.
